CHOCOLATE SOUFFLE WITH DELICIOUS VANILLA BEAN ICE CREAM
chocolate souffle! I’ve been meaning to make this for ages, well worth it, but I think I still like the cheese souffle better.

wooo~ been busy moving back to our old house, so I haven’t had much time to bake anything amazing. UNTIL TONIGHT >:D I used this recipe here and it turned out SO GOOD. Light and fluffy and extremely tasty! The only changes I made to the recipe are that I substituted the nutmeg and garlic clove for 1/2 tsp garlic salt and 3/4 tsp mustard powder and that I used vintage (tasty, aged, whatever you want to call it) cheese instead of gruyere.
Unfortunately I don’t have any decent photos :( I was so keen to eat it I forgot to take a photo until I started eating. Next time though, good photos fo’sure!
I am definitely making this again! It was not as hard as you would think to make souffle, it just takes a bit of work, if you follow the instructions you should be fine~
