Millionares Shortbread!
it was such a fiasco trying to find the recipe for this, the internet was NO HELP and I looked through all of our cookbooks. of course when I eventually found it, it was on the back of the can of condensed milk .. :|
ANYWAY IT WAS PRETTY GREAT. it was a lot of effort though and it’s very rich! I’m probably just going to stick to buying it at cafes because I am lazy.
oreo fudge bars
from here.
(these next few post will mostly be old photos, I’ve been quite lazy with posting on here. sorry if these are repeats for anyone!)
chocolate fudge cake.
made this over a week ago, I may have been really tired and craving chocolate and I may have put four tablespoonfuls of cocoa in the mix instead of one >____>. but you can’t prove it~! … ( I ended up putting less cocoa in the icing, just so it wouldn’t be vomit-inducing rich. which is why it looks so weird.)
it was still delicious, just very very rich.
anyway, here is the recipe
These are ridiculously simple to make, It takes less than ten minutes before it’s in the oven. I’m not normally the biggest fan of coconut, but I always loved when my mum used to make these (before she decided to stop baking, since I was so into it~). So if you’re not really that into coconut, don’t let it put you off these. Obviously there is a lot of coconut in there, but they taste more like chocolate than anything else.
