PEANUT BUTTER CUP COOKIES
this recipe. minus the m&ms plus 250g (about 10 full sized cups) of reeses peanut butter cups. (I also threw in a handful of chocolate chips, because.)

I figured out the easiest way to make the icing look nice without the hassle of using a piping bag is to just form a ball with the icing and then place the other biscuit on top and ~squish it down :D

HOMEMADE OREOS.
*____________* these are ridiculously good omg. they are also really really rich, so you can’t really eat too many at once (unless you try hard enough >:D).
I used this recipe (the butter = 140g btw). I used regular cadbury bournville cocoa because that’s all I had and it still turned out fine, so! I also used my own butter icing recipe for the filling, because shortening? really? I don’t think I’ve ever used shortening in anything and we never ever have it in my house. butter will have to do.

I used this recipe (the butter = 140g btw). I used regular cadbury bournville cocoa because that’s all I had and it still turned out fine, so! I also used my own butter icing recipe for the filling, because shortening? really? I don’t think I’ve ever used shortening in anything and we never ever have it in my house. butter will have to do.
