cheese puffs

I made these for dinner last night, I cut the recipe in half, but it was still too much for once person lol :( these were pretty delicious, I used a mix of vintage (aged cheddar) cheese and Parmesan. I also added a pinch of paprika, because paprika makes everything better in my opinion. they were reasonably easy to make, would have been easier if I had a food processor (I had to do the last bit of mixing by hand and it didn’t look quite as perfectly smooth as it could). anyway here is the recipe.
